docHUGO (Health Utility on the GO) is a mobile health application that provides members with useful features to monitor their personal health records and to facilitate their access to care.

1. Enter your 16 digit card number (1168 011X XXXX XXXX)
2. Verify your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
3. Click Login

How to Register:
After trying to login, the app will automatically prompt you for registration if you are not an existing user.

1. Make sure the entered16 digit card number and date of birth are all correct
2. Make sure to have a stable Internet connection
